Two Men Accused of Trying to Harm Police Are Indicted - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

One man is accused of shooting at Lubbock Police Officers and another allegedly tased an officer with his own weapon. A Lubbock Grand Jury indicted both. 

Antonio Olivarez, 28, stands indicted for aggravated assault. Police say during an arrest, last month, Olivarez snatched an officers' taser and tased the officer.  

Cody Ramirez, 17, is now indicted for aggravated assault in the hold-up of Texas Games in the 1600 block of 19th Street, in December. Police say Ramirez shot at police during a foot chase. Although he was minor at the time of the robbery, a judge certified Ramirez to be tried as an adult.
