Women's Protective Services Hosts 5th Annual Spur Auction

Women's Protective services requests the honor of your presence at the Frazier Pavilion tomorrow, June 9, 2007.

WPS will host the 5th Annual Spur Auction Saturday evening beginning at 5pm.  More than 500 people have already reserved seating for this prestigious event to raise money for Women's Protective Services.

Guests will have the opportunity to bid on custom made jewelry, bits, and original artwork by artists from the South Plains in our silent auction.

At 7 p.m., the grand festivities start:  W.B. Dickinson, auctioneer, will start the bidding on the custom made spurs for the guests to bid on.  These spurs are original works of art that honor the relentless work WPS does to end domestic violence in our community, state, and world!

  • Why: All monies raised will go to fund WPS' intervention and support services to families and victims of domestic violence.
