A Lubbock grand jury indicted Rogelio Herrera for improper photography. He's accused of using his cell phone to take video clips up women's skirts in the parking lot of the Wal-Mart on the west loop. If convicted, he faces up to two years in jail.
Alicia Vasquez, 47, is accused of biting a clerk on the hand while trying to steal a can of chicken and power steering fluid from Family Dollar on North University in March. Tuesday, a Lubbock grand jury indicted her on a robbery charge.
