Todd Klein Sworn in as District Three Councilman - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Lubbock's City Council meeting was off to a ceremonial start Thursday, with the swearing in of the newest council member.

"I, Todd Klein, do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the duties of my office, City Council District Three, and the State of Texas."

Councilman Klein was elected to the seat in a runoff election last Saturday, defeating his opponent, Kevin Glasheen.

Klein replaces Gary Boren, who served on the City Council for five years.
