Toxicology Results Expected for Texas Tech Student Killed in Home Invasion - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The toxicology report of a Texas Tech student shot and killed during a home invasion is expected by the end of the week.

Monday afternoon, flags at Texas Tech flew at half-staff in memory of 23-year-old Ross Baker. Baker was killed by a homeowner in Central Lubbock last week, after he allegedly broke into the house.

Baker's family claims he was drunk and mistakenly thought the home was his. Toxicology results will reveal his blood alcohol level.
