The Texas Tech softball team will play its first home game of the season at Rocky Johnson Field on Tuesday against the New Mexico State Aggies at 2 p.m. The game was originally scheduled as a double-header, but due to NMSU's travel plans, the second game of the day was cancelled.
The Red Raiders are 3 - 12 on the young season and are in the midst of a 10 game losing skid that has seen Tech play nine of its first 15 games against top 25 teams -- including two against #2 UCLA.
Tickets are $5 for adults, $3 for students, and groups of 10 or more get in for $1 each. Following the game, players will be available to sign autographs.
