Two Armed Bandits Hold Up Lubbock Businesses Tuesday Night

Lubbock police are looking for two armed bandits after two overnight robberies.

Investigators say a man with a gun held-up the 7-11 at 50th and University around 10:30 Wednesday night. The suspect allegedly shot a window and a car in the parking lot during the robbery. He is described as a Hispanic man, between 5'6 to 5'8 tall, and weighing around 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing a dark-hooded rain coat, black t-shirt, blue shorts and black tennis shoes.

Police are also searching for the suspect who robbed the Days Inn in the 2400 block of 4th street just before 10:00 p.m. Tuesday night. The man reportedly armed with a knife and got away on a bicycle. This suspect was last seen wearing a white hat, blue collared shirt and brown pants.
