Lubbock police have identified a man wanted for questioning in connection with the Monday night homicide at 7-11. The identification comes just hours after police released surveillance video associated with the shooting.

Police are looking for Mitchell Erin Wachholtz. Investigators want to question him about the homicide at 7-11 at 3802 34th around 1:16 a.m. Monday morning. 21-year-old Chase Pendleton was killed after an apparent argument inside the store.

Wachholtz is a 36-year-old white man who is 6"3', about 145 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes. His last known address is 4804 8th. He was last seen driving a white 2003 Chrysler Town and Country mini-van with Texas license plates V73HRB. He is also wanted for an aggravated assault warrant in Lubbock County.

If you see Wachholtz, you're urged to call Crime Line. That number is (806) 741-1000. Police say do not approach him as he is considered armed and dangerous.
