Wednesday, the family of a shooting victim arranges his funeral, and the suspect is his murder is behind bars on a $1 million dollar bond.
Services for Chase Pendleton, 21, will be at First Baptist Church in Tahoka, at 10 a.m. on Thursday.
Meanwhile, Mitchell Erin Wachholtz, 36, was arrested at 58th and University, on Tuesday afternoon. Wachholtz is now charged with murder. Police say he is the man seen in surveillance video apparently shooting Pendleton in front of the 7-11 on 34th and Memphis, early Monday morning.
