A New Deal family is asking for your help, after their house caught fire twice, Thursday.
The first fire began around midnight, and New Deal fire fighters put that out. Fire investigators say a hot spot rekindled and started another fire, Thursday morning. The home is considered a total loss.
Damon Clements is the homeowner, he says, "Everything was pretty much gutted, I thought we could save something but I don't think so."
The family lost everything in the fire. To help, donations can be made to the "Damon L. Clements Fire Fund" at any First Bank & Trust.
