Lubbock State School Employees Files Suit Against School

An employee of the Lubbock State School is now suing the school.

In court documents, Veronica Refell claims she was sexually harassed and discriminated against while working at the State School. Refell also says she voiced her concern to top officials at the State School, but claims they did nothing to help.
