Truck Flips Down 100 Foot Ravine - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

DPS troopers say one man is lucky to be alive after his truck flipped down a 100 foot ravine two miles north of Slaton on FM 400 around 8:00 p.m. Sunday.

Troopers are still investigating how the accident happened, but they believe the driver overcorrected and then lost control of his truck causing him to fly off the road and down the ravine.

The driver was able to climb out of the ravine and was taken by ambulance to UMC with non-life threatening injuries.
