Sunday night police responded to Club Dallas after reports of several fights out in the parking lot. No one was arrested but that wasn't the story on Friday morning.
Last Friday police arrested six people at 711 34th Street. Police tell us the arrests ranged from public intoxication, fake I.D.'s to parole violations. Authorities tell us they're repeatedly being called on for assistance.
Club Dallas manager Emelio Rocha says in this 18 and older club they've implemented a strict I.D. policy, using wrist brands to show those who are legal to drink. We're told Sunday night is teen night at the club.
Managers say the Lubbock Police are harassing their business and that no one was called out to the location Sunday night, police just showed up. But Lubbock Police say over the past month they've received some 20 different calls requesting assistance at Club Dallas.
Needless to say, those arrests on Friday in combination with past complaints are causing the TABC to launch an investigation in which officials say Club Dallas' business practices will be reviewed.
