Murder Suspect Possibly Connected to Aryan Brotherhood

Authorities are investigating if the shooting death of a Lubbock man is connected to the Aryan Brotherhood.  

Mitchell Erin Wachholtz, 36, is behind bars and charged with murder for allegedly shooting 21-year-old Chase Pendleton outside of the 7-11 at 34th and Memphis last Monday.

Murder Suspect Caught by Police
It all started early Monday morning at 1:30 at the 7-11 on 34th and Memphis when a man is captured on store surveillance video shooting 21-year-old Chase Pendleton outside the store. Then on Tuesday, not even 48 hours after the incident occurred, Mitchell Erin Wachholtz was arrested for the crime.
