We all know exercise can help reshape the body, but what about the heart? A study in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology shows that aerobic exercise can actually help trim down an enlarged heart in patients with heart failure.

The report says study participants who did aerobic exercise three times a week for 20 to 60 minutes each time significantly decreased the size of their heart making it better able to pump blood.

Of course talk to your doctor before you jump into an exercise program, especially if you're being treated for heart disease.
