Auto Theft Suspects Arrested Following Chase - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Three people were arrested after for their alleged role in stealing a sport utility vehicle in southwest Lubbock overnight.

Police say the owner of a black GMC Denali woke up around 2 a.m., and saw that his vehicle was missing from his home in the 5400 block of 86^th Street. Officers were on their way to the victim's home, when they spotted the stolen vehicle.

Following a brief chase, officers recovered the SUV at 87^th and Richmond. Michael Dool, 18, and Jimmy Laird Junior, 19, were arrested and face numerous charges. A juvenile female was also arrested.
