Former Ralls Police Chief Indicted in Lubbock

A former Ralls police chief is one step closer to trial.

On Tuesday, a Lubbock Grand Jury indicted James Williams for theft of a firearm. He is accused of pawning Ralls city property at two Lubbock pawn shops, including a 12 gauge shot gun, back in January.
