Lubbock Grand Jury Hands Down Indictments - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Tuesday, a Lubbock Grand Jury indicts several people putting them all one step closer to trial.

Albert Sarinana is indicted for evading arrest in a motor vehicle and unlawful use of a motor vehicle. He allegedly led police on a high speed chase through Lubbock, which ended when he crashed into a pole and then a house in early June.

Mary Mendolla and Serena Flores are accused of defrauding their former employer out of thousands of dollars, and they were both indicted for theft between $20,000 to $100,000. At least one of the women was a receptionist for Jeffrey McNeely at the South Plains Center for Foot Care from 1995 to 1996.
