Lubbock Divers Continue Search for Murder Weapon

Lubbock divers continued their search of a local playa lake Wednesday. They hope to find the alleged murder weapon used in the stabbing death of retired Air Force Colonel Don McCullough on Monday.  

Alonzo Lewis, 25, is charged with capital murder. Investigators say Lewis told them he them he threw the weapon into the lake at Jennings Park near 82nd and Slide.

Investigators say they are searching for a knife with a four to five inch blade.
