Aerocare Responds to Overnight Accident - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

One person remains hostpitalized following an accident in north Lubbock County Friday morning. 45-year-old Leroy Duran was driving north on I-27 near farm to market road 12-94 around 10:45 p.m.

DPS says he felt that another car was getting too close, so he moved over. But, he scraped up against the guard rail, which ripped his door off and pulled him out of his SUV. He was not wearing a seatbelt. Duran was airlifted to Covenant Hospital where he remains in critical condition.
