The case of the Lubbock man accused of killing a dachshund puppy to death is expected to go before a Lubbock Grand Jury next Tuesday.
Tyson Mullins, 22, is charged with animal cruelty. He allegedly beat his girlfriend's puppy to death last month. Mullins was reportedly angry at the 8-week-old puppy for going to the bathroom on his pillow.
