Trial Begins Tuesday For Man Accused Of Beating Puppy

A Lubbock Grand Jury will decide next week whether the man accused of beating a dachshund puppy to death should go to trial.

Tyson Mullins, 22, is charged with animal cruelty. He allegedly killed his girlfriends 8-week-old puppy last month.

The case is expected to go before the grand jury on Tuesday.
