Lubbock Police Investigate a Link Between Local Robberies & Dallas Hold-Up

The apparel of a Dallas bank robber has Lubbock Police taking notice.

According to a Dallas newspaper, the bandit was wearing a white hard hat, an orange vest and a fake beard when he held-up a Bank of America there. That is a similar description to the suspects who robbed the Plains Capital Bank, at Quaker and Brownfield, and the Town & Country, in the 6500 Block of 19th Street, in Lubbock last month.

In both hold-ups, the suspect was also wearing a hard hat. Lubbock Police say they are investigating any possible connection between the robberies here and the hold-up in Dallas.
