Red Light Camera Damaged in Traffic Accident - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

An accident in south Lubbock, has put the brakes on one of Lubbock's new red light cameras.

A pickup and a Corvette collided around 12:30 Tuesday morning, at 66th and Interstate 27. The impact knocked the truck into the red light camera pole at that location.

One minor injury was reported.

NewsChannel 11 was told that swift repairs are expected.
