Hockley County Man Gets Life for Seventh DWI Conviction - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A Hockley County man will spend life in prison for his seventh DWI conviction. Wednesday, a jury sentenced Jerry Dale Morgan.

They had the option of giving him 25 years up to 99 years in jail. The Levelland District Attorney says in Texas if you receive more than two DWI convictions you are charged with a felony.
