Former City Health Insurance Co. May Sue - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

New developments in the legal battle between the City of Lubbock and its former health insurance provider American Administrative Group or AAG.

AAG is accusing the city of breach of contract, and have filed a federal petition requesting depositions from current and former City Council members including Marc McDougal, Tom Martin, Gary Boren, and some of their staffers.

The company also wants to question the city's current audit committee, consulting agency and insurance companies. 

Four months ago, the city filed suit against AAG.
