A Lubbock teen is fighting for his life following a drive-by shooting near Harwell Elementary.

Police responded to a report of gunfire near 41st and Avenue D, shortly before 6:00 Wednesday evening.

Paramedics transported a young Hispanic male with critical injuries to a Lubbock hospital.

Lubbock police are searching for an older model white four-door Crown Victoria with dark tinted windows. Witnesses report three Hispanic males were inside the vehicle with a .22 rifle.
