Community Coverage: Ralls Inn Restoration - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Rhett Parker and his wife are trying to restore a piece of history, by renovating the Ralls Inn.

In 1925, it was originally built to be apartments, a hotel, a car dealership, restaurant, and banquet hall.

"This has always been a fond memory for a lot of people because some older people had their proms here," said Parker. "They come back here and remember and they're glad to see it restored."

The Parkers restored the apartments first, and are using the money received in rent to finance the rest.
