Chief Justice Roberts Rushed to Hospital

A fall, at his summer home in Maine, has sent U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts to the hospital. 

Roberts, 52, was on vacation when he fell at his home in Port Clyde, Maine. Court officials say he was not badly injured, but was taken to the hospital as a precaution.

He has been Chief Justice for two terms after coming on the court in September of 2005.
