Chief Justice John Roberts has been released from the hospital, a day after having a seizure at his vacation home in Maine.
The 52-year-old justice walked briskly out of the hospital in Rockport, Maine and into a waiting S-U-V. He waved to onlookers as he left.
A Supreme Court spokeswoman says doctors who've examined Roberts have found no tumor or other cause for concern. She says he plans to continue his family vacation.
Roberts spoke with President Bush by phone earlier Tuesday and assured the President that he's doing fine. A White House spokesman said Roberts "sounded like he was in great spirits".

A Washington neurologist who is not involved in the case says by definition, someone who has had more than one seizure without any other cause is determined to have epilepsy.
Roberts and his doctor will have to decide if he will need anti-seizure medications to prevent another episode.
