By next year, women in the US may be boosting their breasts on their lunch break.
In a procedure called Celution, fat is taken from a woman's belly or buttocks. Then, the stem cells in that fat are separated out and combined with regnerative cells. The "supercharged" fat mixture is then injected into the breasts, mixing the fat with stem cells keeps the fat from reabsorbing into the body.
The procedure, which takes just over an hour, produces more natural looking enhanced breasts that enlarge over about 6 months.
The procedure was conducted at Rush University Medical Center in Illinois and is published in the latest issue of Chemistry and Industry.
