Lubbock Murder Suspect Sues Albuquerque Detention Center - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

An inmate charged with murder here in Lubbock and New Mexico is suing the Metropolitan Detention Center in Albuquerque.

Beau James Musacco is seeking $25,000 in damages, claiming the jail won't extract his wisdom teeth or examine a "painful growth" on his testicle.

Musacco was arrested in New Mexico on New Year's Day, for the murders of two women who were shot to death in their car along I-40.

In Lubbock, Musacco is charged with the murder of Antonio Aguilar, whose body was found at the intersection of 33rd and Avenue X last October. Police believe he was shot and dumped there.
