Police Need Help Identifying Suspected Credit Card Abuser

He bought two toilets, a showerhead and some tools; now police need to find this "handy man."

Police say the man used stolen credit cards to finance his shopping trip to both Lowe's and Home Depot on Sunday, June 24th.  

He is described as an Hispanic man, heavy set, with short black hair. On this day, he was wearing a white T-shirt, black wind pants and white athletic shoes.
