New Texas Tech Regents Sworn In

Texas Tech is welcoming two new regents to its board.

Thursday, John Field Scovell and Jerry E. Turner were sworn in as new regents. Governor Rick Perry appointed both men last month.

L. Frederick "Rick" Francis was reappointed to a full six-year term. Bob Stafford was reappointed to fill the unexpired term of the late J. Frank Miller.
