Cattle Baron's Ball Moved Inside

Rains have moved Saturday's Cattle Baron's Ball inside.

The ball will now be held at the Fair Park Coliseum on the South Plains Fairgrounds.  Organizers say the V-8 Ranch is just too soaked.

Folks who purchased parking passes to the ranch will be allowed to park at the fairgrounds, but those without passes still need to park at City Bank on Brownfield Highway.  Busses start running to the fairgrounds at 6:30 p.m. Saturday.

The ball begins at 7:00 p.m. and benefits the American Cancer Society.
