Lubbock Man Charged With Enticing A Child - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A Lubbock man is behind bars for allegedly trying to kidnap a 2-year-old girl.

Police arrested Charles Hernandez at Moose Magoo's restaurant around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday night. He's accused of trying to abduct a child, he did not know, from the restaurant.

The 30-year-old is charged with enticing a child, unlawful restraint and public intoxication.
