Former Court Coordinator Sues Judge Underwood

Thursday, a federal lawsuit was filed against Lubbock Judge Brad Underwood.

Former court coordinator Liz Overstreet is suing the judge for harrassment and wrongful termination.

Underwood has 20 days to respond to the suit.
