$50 Million Give to Texas Tech University System

An El Paso oil man is giving the Texas Tech University System its largest gift ever.

Friday, Paul l. Foster donated $50 million to the Texas Tech School of Medicine in El Paso. In return, Tech is creating a Paul l. Foster School of Medicine.

Foster is the president and CEO of Western Refining.
