Vehicle Accident Kills Muleshoe Woman

A fatal vehicle accident in Andrews County took the life of a Muleshoe woman. 

The Department of Public Safety, out of Midland, tells us Beda Ruthardt, 58, from Muleshoe hit Justin Dudenhoeffer, 24, from Hobbs, New Mexico just before 5:00 p.m. Friday. 

According to investigators, Ruthardt ran a stop sign at F.M. 1788 and Southeast County Road 8000.

Ruthardt died on the scene.  Dudenhoeffer was taken to Permian Medical Center in Andrews, where he was pronounced dead.
