Actor and Dallas native Owen Wilson is at Cedar-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, but his publicist won't say why. Even though the tabloids are out with stories claiming they know what's wrong.
In a short statement, Wilson today asked that "the media allow me to receive care and heal in private during this difficult time."
A hospital spokesperson reports the "Wedding Crashers" star is in "good" condition.
A neighbor said a police car, fire truck and ambulance were outside the actor's gated Santa Monica home Sunday. Santa Monica Fire Battalion Chief Jose Torres confirmed that the department responded to a call that involved Owen Wilson . Torres says Wilson was taken to St. John's Health Center in Santa Monica. Wilson has since been transferred to Cedar-Sinai.
Wilson's other movies include "Starsky and Hutch," "Cars," and "Armageddon."
