LP&L To Consider $1 Million Transfer To City - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

NewsChannel 11 has learned that the Lubbock Power and Light board will hold a special meeting Thursday afternoon to consider transferring $1 million dollars to the city budget.

We're told that money could go to lowering the proposed tax rate.
