Lubbock City Council Approves Lease Agreement for Texas Tech Hockey

The Lubbock City Council has approved a one year lease agreement with the Texas Tech hockey team.

The lease includes $40,000 in rental charges for City Bank Coliseum, and a new ice plant for the facility.
