The final tally is in for this year's Mix 100 Labor of Love Blood Drive.

Six hundred and seventy-nine units of blood were donated. It's a welcome sign to United Blood Services who as of Friday was on critical appeal for most blood types.

Organizers are calling the blood drive which wrapped up this afternoon a great success.
