Texas Tech Employee Arrested for Sexual Assault of Child - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A Lubbock man remains behind bars Tuesday, charged with the sexual assault of a child, a second degree felony. His bond is set for half a million dollars.

Barry Todd Smith, 42, is an employee of Texas Tech University, in the account payable department. He was booked into the Lubbock County Jail just before 10:00 a.m. Saturday.
