Lamb County Medical Records Found in Lubbock Dumpsters - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Lubbock Police are trying to figure out how medical records from Lamb County ended up in dumpsters in the 1300 block of North King in Lubbock.

The records found early Wednesday morning, date back to the early 1990's.

It is a violation of state law for businesses to throw away confidential information without shredding or destroying it first.

All records are now in police custody.
