Lubbock Father and Robbery Suspects Indicted

A Lubbock father stands indicted for throwing his four month old son against the wall.

Tuesday afternoon, a Lubbock County Grand Jury indicted Eric Washington for injury to a child. He's accused of giving his son a skull fracture, by throwing him against the wall, back in June. Fortunately, the infant is expected to recover.

That same grand jury also indicted Simon Martinez for aggravated robbery. He is accused of using a knife to hold up Buddy's Check Cashing at 518 50th Street last month

Eric Warren is accused of using a knife to stab and rob a man in the 1600 block of 17th Street last month. Tuesday afternoon, a Lubbock County Grand Jury indicted Warren for aggravated robbery.
