Lubbock Man Charged with Solicitation of Child

Three months after his initial arrest, a Lubbock man is now charged with solicitation of a child.

Charges against Isaac Scott were filed this week. The 21-year-old is accused of chatting sexually with an 11-year-old back in June.

The child's father saw the online conversation and stepped in. Scott allegedly sent an inappropriate picture and set up a meeting with the child. The father called police, who arrested Scott at the McDonalds at 112 North University.
