United Supermarket Unveils Express Care Clinic - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

United Supermarkets and University Medical Center have partnered together to bring Lubbock the first retail clinic in Lubbock. The Living Well Express Care is located inside the United at 82nd and Boston.

You can go there to see the doctor for minor ailments.

"This is going to be a very affordable solution for most folks," said Greg Bruce, Vice President, University Medical Center. "About 20 percent of Lubbock citizens are living without health insurance and this gives them another alternative of healthcare in a convenient location.

The clinic will be open during pharmacy hours, and construction is already underway on another clinic inside the United at 50th and Avenue Q.
