Fire Shuts Down Some South Lubbock Streets

Fire investigators don't know how, but they do know what started to burn first in a south Lubbock business.

Just after 6 p.m. Wednesday, wood products inside a warehouse at Comm. Ware. Inc. caught fire. The smoke spread very quickly, forcing authorities to shut down Indiana between 103rd and 117th streets for about an hour.

Both Lubbock and Woodrow firefighters battled the fire, which is still under investigation. No one was injured.
