Overton Park Celebrates Grand Opening - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Four years ago, McDougal Properties started one of the largest renovation projects in the country, demolishing old houses and run-down buildings.

On Thursday, McDougal celebrated the grand opening of the residential portion of Overton Park.

The architecture reflects the history of the area, but the houses themselves are brand new.
